PARDON MY DISRESPECT!

Welcome to my fresh, sometimes funny but always enlightening journey to Ultimate Fundraising Success!  I'm here to share tips, tools, tactics, strategies, a little humor, some occasional disrespect and, somewhere in the middle of all that will be super ideas for boosting your fundraising success. My blog is meant to share my experience and (are you ready?)...'insider secrets'. (Sounds like high espionage, doesn't it?) If you find something you like, please pass it along to your favorite club or organization. If you read something you don't like, just ignore it and chalk it up to this being my first blog.

Seriously, my goal is to help you rachet up your fundraising success by boosting your 'per-hour' profit potential!
A nice big money amount might sound good on the treasurer's report at the monthly meeting (that was sass!)...
but if it took 75 people 3 months to raise it, then it's not that great in my opinion (that was common sense!).
'Per-Hour' is my big money barometer! I'd go for a couple of big power house fundraisers a year anytime over tired
and mediocre ones you have to do every month. (Bet that ticked off a few 'We've always done it that way before' folks!)

You'd never guess I'm a bit old-fashioned. Well, actually I'm a LOT old-fashioned and I 'shoot straight from the hip'!
What you see is what you get: be it fundraising, opinions, real estate, human rights, politics, religion, money, parenthood,
aging gracefully (please God!) or whatever I'm talking about that day. The majority of the time, you will find that I WILL
be talking about successful fundraising or relevant topics like teamwork, attitude, spirit, leadership, creativity, honesty,
self-confidence, sales, fun. (Oops, how did FUN get in there? Fundraising is supposed to be WORK!)

I probably need to polish up my 'blogger-chops', but I'm hoping you'll drop by again anyway to make sure I'm behaving
myself. In the meantime, I'm wishing you and your group Ultimate Fundraising Success!
