BE THE ARCHITECT OF YOUR MONEY!

Contemporary and inspiring mentors like Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Robert G. Allen,  Mark Victor Hansen (and too many others to mention here) passionately teach us... We always receive far  more than we give, no matter the value of what we are giving! The world just works that way! It's part of a  Greater Plan. Our giving just cannot top what we will eventually receive! Even Wallace D. Wattles knew that over a century ago and shared it in his book The Science Of Getting Rich! CreateYourMoney
As you know by now if you've read my other posts, you know there are some things about fundraising that
aggravate the fool out of me. But I absolutely believe sharing a little of one's time, talents or experience to
help your favorite group reach their goal is one of life's most wonderful and biggest natural highs!
So with that in mind, let me ask you this. When you start a new fundraising project, does your group set a
goal you'd like to reach? You'd be surprised how many groups forget to do that or they don't think it is that
important. They just think, 'Whatever we take in will be more than we had before. (Unbelievable!)

Can you imagine an architect starting construction on a beautiful luxury resort and about a quarter through
the project he says...'Ok, that's good, the city has more rooms than it did before we started so we can stop
now'. The plumbing might not be operating yet. The highrise elevators may not be correctly installed. The
roof might not be ready to protect the structure. No, a professional and responsible architect would never do
such a thing. He would design an incredible structure that would be highly successful right from his planning
table. Then he would send his idea to his qualified draftsman to draw up a full-set of blueprints so that each
worker on the project would know every little detail he wanted in this luxury project. Only when the last brick
was laid, the last electrical fixture connected and the last foot of carpet installed, would the project be
complete and the architect have finally reached his goal!

Everyone needs Goals so you 1) know which direction to take and 2) to know when you get there so you can
stop! Even stay-at-home moms use goals every busy day to accomplish the super-human tasks they must
accomplish in every 24 hour period. For your event to be as complete and as successful as possible, you
must set a monetary goal for every project. If you get your group to do that BEFORE EVERY project, you'll
see HUGE IMPROVEMENTS in your PROFITS AND OVERALL FUNDRAISING SUCCESS!  Soon
we'll talk about setting the RIGHT goal for your group.

Come visit anytime you want a dose of honest talk, sassy humor, cool posts and perhaps a bit of professional
attitude. Who knows, you might just find something to peak your imagination or spark some action (I don't
care which, just get excited!) I can't promise which mood my dialogue will be in that day, but I do promise
you'll always find fundraising strategies to keep STRESS TO A MINIMUM and SUCCESS TO THE MAX!

Always wishing you and your group Ultimate Fundraising Success!
